Realist Idealist Labs is a project by Jake Brewer to explore what (actually) works in:
- Creating smarter, simpler government
- Improving “civic health” and making communities stronger
- Sharing ridiculously compelling stories that move people to action when and where it matters most
The two founding principles of Realist Idealist Labs are:
- “No ideal strategy survives first contact with the real world.”
- We “cannot solve problems with the same consciousness that created them.”
